Achievements:

Alice Wylie van-Eerd is too old for the Asia Pacific meet but will compete (by invitation) in a synchro event with partner Gabe Armstrong Scott.  Alice, 19, is in the Commonwealth Games training squad and is the current Open 3m springboard champion.

Most memorable sporting moment:

When I placed 1st at the 2006 Taumaranui Competition, beating former New Zealand Representative Bruce Megget. When I scored 3 personal bests and placed 1st in the 1m Springboard, 3m Springboard, 1m Open Springboard and 3m Open Springboard at the Merv Campbell Meet in 2007.



Who is the most influential person in your sporting career and why?

James Hardaker because he knows the ins and outs of diving, has a great attitude, is usually good-humoured and is able to have a laugh at himself. He respects hard workers.



Hobbies/Interests:

Tennis, Squash and Physical Education.



Favourite food:

Mexican, watermelon, nectarines, plums, pineapple, apricots and nashi pears.
